Got 15 today!!! Couldn't string any together today... On my 12th rep, I got up there for the double but couldn't dip out... I feel my swing getting so much better! I can actually feel myself popping my hips! Can't wait to try again on the regular rings! I only failed my first rep... After that I made Every attempt.... getting better!!!
