This was nasty haha tried to go all out every movement, scrap for every rep. Missed one handstand walk a foot short so had to come back and redo it. Those felt rusty for sure. Went unbroken on the Russian KBS, 107 straight baby! Haha grip was dying. Double unders were the most crushing movement at the end, shoulders were smoked.
