hit 6x 40m sprints pretty much all out effort. didn't want to go a longer distance to save hammies. Felt awesome. decided to run 400m. started out great first 200m (.26-.29) but completely died, last 40m was horrible. Need to get in better shape and continue hitting the track every week.
