Everything unbroken! This was a mental battle to not drop the bar...so glad I had people there yelling at me to not drop the bar! I think I also rowed a bit better this time around....the second time it wasn't as intimidating because I already knew what it felt like...just had to get to that dark place, ignore my body and keep moving! Beyond excited and happy with this! Last workout of the open is in the books!!
