Notes

This was awful. Queasy stomach for 3 hours before and 2 hours after... Rowed slow (in the 800's for the 27, and in the 700's for 21-15-9. I think I fell into 600's for a bit toward the end.), tried to focus on long pulls... Thrusters were 10/9/4/4 (planned 10/9/8), 8/7/4/2 (planned 8/7/6), 6/5/4, 5/4... and not sure where my head was, but I picked up the bar again and did an extra thruster at the end, LOL. Thankful for Nicole keeping me on track :)
