Shoulders are so done! The original plan was to do 105, 110 then 115 but 110 was such a struggle for the 2 rounds that I just didn't feel like i had the fight in me so I just dropped back down to 105...looked at my previous score and saw that I made 2.5lb jumps instead of 5lb jumps...I will make sure to do 2.5 jumps next time
