Fun combo of movements. HSPU were toughest, felt good on the burpees and power cleans. PC: 21 / 8-7 / 9 HSPU: unbroken but spent a lonnng time on the wall haha shaking my arms out, and pausing almost every rep at the bottom after the first chunk of reps. Felt tired overall today, didn't sleep well.
