Tried to push the run, but came in at 4:00... power cleans 9/3/3 into FR lunge 10/2 into push jerk 5/5... PC 5/4/3/3, FRL 8/4, PJ 5/5... PC 4/4/4/3, FRL 4/7/1, PJ 4/3/3... Finished the 3RFT at 13:48, rested until 14:05, then chipped away at DU's (10 to start, then mostly 5's)... Skipped the wrist wraps today.
