Thrusters unbroken every round. Wasn't sure which weight to do. Definitely 65# next time. 3-2-2 Every round for pull-ups. SUPER SLOW BURPEES!!!! SUCK IT UP BABY!!! (Coach Ethan). Unbroken run!!!! Start when you hit the asphalt. Just turn your head off and go. So fun!!
