Notes

This was much harder then i thought it was going to be. Wall balls felt good and light...it was the singles that killed me. Thinking that my meal choices the day before probably didn't aid in my performance. (Tried to get a muscle up...Thursday night, Friday night, Saturday morning, Sunday morning, and Monday morning...no luck. Maybe next year?)
