Haven't worked on these in so long (almost 2 years!)... Did this after 10 reps each (alternating arms) at 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, and 55... Then 1 rep on each arm with 60 and 65. Tried 70 on each arm, but only got chest high. Felt better on the left arm (weird), probably because of my shoulder.
