All unbroken, quick transitions. The only place I could have gone faster (besides learning how to butterfly) would be the runs. The wind is always a mental battle for me... made sure to run all the way to the rig though on rounds 1-3, and grabbed the bar right away all 5 rounds... Almost forgot, bread and dairy yesterday (sandwich and wrap at Glen Ivy), messed up my stomach. I know better than that! smh
