Pushed really hard on this one, definitely the hardest I can remember. I am usually really slow on my box jumps, but I knew Val was going to pass me, so I just busted them out. I can say that I am not afraid of box jumps showing up in the open now. Clean & jerks in 5-5, sit ups unbroken. Thought I was going to die, but I couldn't slow down. Hah.
