Broke up chest to bars into 4s and 3s. Last round of overhead squats my right hand literally went numb and i couldn't feel it. Maybe wear wrist wraps next time i do this and work on keeping my wrists straight. Bummed...feel like besides not being able to feel my right hand/arm...i could have finished the 12s and moved into the 14s. Better luck next time.
