This was a good wod for me...last time I did a wod like this it was 30-20-10 of chest to bar pull ups and I had to modify the reps because I was failing so many reps...that was in October! So much progress has been made since then! Started the 21 out rough, couldn't get my swing together, was double kipping....it was rough but the rest of the sets I was doing 3's...should have done more pull ups to warm up before the wod...gotta get better at that
