Did this instead of the 2-rep, 6-min EMOM... alone before work, at the PD. I won't get to sleep at all before hitting 15.1 in the morning, so I felt this was a better choice for me since my body won't get to rest... Going overhead is still a major weakness for me, but I'm feeling stronger in making the 5# jumps. Power clean & split jerk. Tried 125 twice but couldn't lock out the jerk. Hoping all goes well in the morning.
