Hands ripped on 2nd round. Ughhh. Had stomach flu stuff this weekend so my energy is gone. Doubles and push press and power cleans were fast and unbroken. Toes to bar still suck so bad. Need to learn how to do them again. Couldn't do more than 3 reps of c2b cuz of my rips. Of course, right before the open.
