Advanced -- Still feeling really dehydrated from this head cold, had to sip water after each round (gasp)... 85# thrusters unbroken 1st round, then 4/3... C2B pull-ups 3/2/2 every round... Lateral jumps still make me nervous. 6's round 1-2, then tripped, so did 2's rounds 3-4 :( 1st round was 1:43, 2nd round 2:40, 3rd round 3:00... tried to keep my rests short, but still felt like I rested too long.
