Wowa! This was a brutal 39 minutes. Very happy to have Jerry for company today :) 250m buy-in for each AMRAP, 1:00, 1:05, 1:06, 1:09... DU's were decent. 14-19 to start each set, then chipped away... Box jumps were all step-downs, just kept moving. Legs aren't really sore, but felt VERY heavy from all the squatting this week... Push-ups were always 5 to start, then 3's and 2's... T2B were better. Made an effort to kip 5-6 to start each set, then sets of 3 non-kipping.
