Notes

This ended badly. Started out feeling awesome. 10-10-1 snatch, 11-10 ohs, lunges were whatever. Round of 15 snatches were 8-7. Started my ohs and then rested on my back, popped up overhead and shoulder popped. Bad pain, couldn't keep my arm locked out so I only did like 3 reps at a time. Wanted to cry from frustration. Lunges were stupid. UGH!
