Wasn't sure what to expect from this today. Had to stop mid-2nd round last time after hyperextending my RT elbow on the catch... Started at 85# again, but went up to 87.5 on the 3rd round instead of 4th. Slow progress, but moving in the right direction. 4th round felt the best, when I finished the pull and opened my hips all the way. All other rounds kept taking a step forward.
