Just me and Ethan again. Tried to keep the breaks minimal. First 800m run 4:10... Pull-ups were 10, then 3's until 22, 2's until 42, then singles (finished at 8:10)... HPC mostly 8's and 7's. Did final rep into front squats, 14/8/8. Burpees, meh. Hardest part... Left for 2nd 800m run at 14:30, got back in with 25 seconds (10 seconds by the time I got to the bar).
