With partner Rick. Was cruising and feeling like a million bucks, then my left lower back spasmed on rep 1 of set three. Had to to be careful the rest of the way. Same for burpees. Back is a bit finicky and forcing me to use good form and that is a good thing. May try some cleans at open gym pre-Super Bowl to see how it feels.
