Wow, I got all the cleans today!! Have to get under the bar faster and pull with my arms straight and not bent. Jerks were good until I hit 135, turned a bit ugly for the first rep and then they got better. Have to lock out fast and not push press it up. Awesome day with awesome peeps!!!! :)
