This WOD did NOTHING for my self-esteem! It was super tough...I already felt super bummed because I still can't do muscle ups....I'm trying to remind myself that I just started doing c2b pull ups a year ago and that these things take time...but I definitely learned how to fight out of the dip....used a green & purple band hspu felt good...got tired on the 10...lots of failed dips...but I'm glad I did this...I know it's making me better!
