Notes

Paced as best as I could, and knocked out the 15 Box Jumps with spare energy. Determined to kick butt, and I even did better than I predicted. wanted 4 full, got 5+15. BTWB predicted 1.47. Did 55# PP, which was good. I could've gone heavier, but I wanted to save myself, since it's been awhile for me to be here. 1/2 Tabata warm up felt good. Pull ups and push ups feel much stronger. Definitely going to look into building my weaknesses into strengths via skill classes
