PR! Was shooting to get 7 even, but Jeremy pushed me to do a few extra bj's. pp was heavy! split 6-6 for 4 rounds, then 4-4-4. a couple of times even dropped with 1 left! Ugh! t2b were 5-4, some slow but not horrible. bj's were steady with a good pace. wrist wraps. could've used weight belt in the end on pp because back was arching a lot.
