This was tough! The 700m just seemed to get longer and longer but I just tried to focus on pushing hard when I felt my legs giving out...the 300m sprints felt good today! I felt like I was actually able to sprint and move fast...3rd round on the 300 got slowed down by cars and people but otherwise the 300m felt really good...just gotta keep getting better at the longer runs!
