This was tough!!! First round of thrusters unbroken then had to break them up....did a few rounds 6/4 and 7/3 that second round of thrusters was just a mental battle to try to get through in 3 minutes...ring dips felt great today...did 4/1 the first round then did 3's and 2's and some singles towards the end...doubles were great today only tripped once!
