That was rough... My RT hand ripped in 3 spots during yesterday's WOD, making today's barbell movements pretty rough. Hurt to hold the bar. Taped my hand but started bleeding through on the 2nd cycle.. 1st round completely unbroken w/front squats into push press. After that, did unbroken front squats every round, but dropped the bar before push press (5/5 for 2 rounds, then 6/4). Only got 2 rounds of du's unbroken, but they felt better today.
