11 am at Upland, nice to see so many familiar faces :) I hit a rough spot at about 18 min, wanted to throw up. Finished 5 rounds at 19 min, but couldn't quite hold that pace. 200m short of 10 rounds... Power snatches 4/3/2 the first few rounds, then 3/2/2/2 or 3/3/2/1... pull-ups 5/4 first round, then 3's or 3/2/2/2... walking lunges unbroken
