Great wod. listened to Perry and went hard on all movements till box jumps!. run was around 2.50 pp was 28 unbroken then 7/8/7, should have done better than that. 10 unbroken box jumps then died sets of 3 most of the way. sit-ups were not bad db snatch was easy and tried to sprint burpees. Great 11am class.
