Notes

Did this during open gym after bench emom and 2min max effort du's. Pull-ups were ok need to be able to hit 10 per rd. Push-ups were good considering wrist is still bothering me a lot. Sit-ups got me like always. Air squats were extra hard today, should be able to hit 15 every rd. Big thanks to Susy, Andrea, and Jason for counting and pushing me.
