Had specific goals for each round. Held them for pu's & pu's except one round of push ups couldn't get last rep. Ab's thought I could hit 15 but never did. Those slowed way down as I went. Squats were HARD! My legs are absolutely dead. Tried to hit 20/round but only got 1st two, then died.
