Very happy with this...legs were a bit tired from yesterday...I feel like I am finally getting over my fear of going heavy with my olympic lifts...I missed the first jerk at 180, was feeling a bit dizzy...but I got the squat cleans both times....it feels great to be able to clean 180 when it was giving me so much trouble mentally before...it's all mental! I'm working on getting more comfortable going heavier...trying to push myself more with this to get over the mental barrier! Getting better!
