Went wider grip and lower elbows on SDHP to not aggravate my RT shoulder; still cumbersome but no pain... Went unbroken front squats into unbroken push press through 7's, then put the bar down bet movements. Stayed unbroken on each movement until the 9's. Ascending reps is gross, lol... Solo at the PD.
