Used red bands for the bar muscle ups....Did this after the mile repeats....so the running was the hardest part...I seriously thought I was going to puke before the wod even started...thankfully I got myself back under control and was able to do better on the bar muscle ups... deadlifts were unbroken and lateral burpees were steady and unbroken
