Notes

This was by far the hardest thing I've ever had to do and I seriously wanted to cry after the second run...the first mile I should have sprinted towards the end instead of trying to keep the same pace...on the second run, I sprinted towards the end and the 3rd run, I was just trying to survive....I got stopped every time at the stop sign...this was hard to do on my own, but by the second run I was able to feel myself slowing down and would make myself pick up the pace...I was pretty consistent with hitting the light on Euclid at about 5:20...on my first run I got stopped at that light (boo)...first time doing this...wanted to get sub 8:00 each mile....gotta push harder next time!!! Stepping up my running game
