Moose Trax: Attempted bar muscle ups every round. When i got one muscle up and a failure, I would do 3 C2B Pull-ups. If I got 3 failures I would do 4 C2B pull-ups. Everything else was advance Rx'D. (rounds 1-6 I got one bar muscle up)
