75# power clean & jerk felt so heavy after the EMOM, and then I hit my face again. This time my nose on the way down, 1st round. Maybe I shouldn't have swapped my Weds/Thurs, geez... C&J unbroken rounds 1-4, then 3/2 for 5-6. Abmat fast/unbroken all rounds. Lateral bar jumps were actually decent rounds 1-2, did 8/7. Then hit my ankle and got paranoid again, went to 5's, 3's, and eventually 2's.
