Not sure it was a good plan to do this after the emom. Shoulders were tired, but I guess what doesn't kill me makes me stronger?! 3rd round was ugly. Didn't fully squat and had to ride it down. Ride down was wobbly. Have to remember to hook grip to save my palms.
