Wow!! this one was tough. totally felt like an open wod. du's have been off for the last 4 months and today really showed. I've done 100 unbroken before easy and today tripped or stopped at least 5x. ps's were solid 2 rds of 8/7 and 3ds of 6/5/4. box jumps crushed me like always.broke them up in 5's and 4's even 2's. air squats were tough right after box jumps tried to keep moving on them.
