Thought it was 105 to prescribe on this one but now that I'm logging it I'm realizing it is 115...next time need to do 115. C&J in singles, T2B 7-6-6-6-5, wall ball in 5s, KB 23-22, ring dip 5-5-4-3-3-2-2-singles. Runs felt terrible today.
