We ran in late for date night. Jumped in when they started and caught up. Decided to do a real deadlift and put my butt low. Started at my max, 145# and was able to move up to 160# :0D. Hoping to get back up to 160# for more rounds and move up in weight soon. Going to work on building my non-existent glutes and hammies from adjusting to having bad hips. I am excited. One of my major focuses this year.
