Notes

Went heavy and got crushed. du's are still off starting to frustrate me but I know I'll get them back when I get in better shape. pc's were by far the hardest started of with 5/3/2/2 then all singles after that. t2b were 8/2/2(did 3 extra) 5/2/1/1-6/1/1/1. Happy I went heavy but form needs to improve big-time(no more muscle cleans even if weight is super light).
