Did this at axiom on a freezing cold morning. NOT. FUN. Glad I went to check out her box though. Warm up was way different. Idk how I'd get better at the core movements like pull-ups and push up and such. Didn't have time to go through the progressions because of how cold it was so they focused on getting our bodies warm. Nice trainer, good on form. Hate all these movements so nothing about today was fun -_-
