I didn't even wanna mess with bar muscle ups because it's been over 6 months since I've done them so I did chest to bar pull ups and those were buttery!!! Best ever. 115# push jerks were not as heavy as I thought. Did them all unbroken and strung together. We basically split everything in half. Partnered with my Michael <3 he beasted bar muscle ups and 165# push jerks!!
