I had no idea that I did this workout before!!! I was too busy today to check my previous score....Nice PR!!! I felt good on the movements and felt that I didn't rest too much...but I need to get back on the bar faster...big thanks to Jeremy for the strategy on this one...nice, fun wod! Gotta love the barbell workouts!
