This was supposed to be 3 DL but I deadlifted heavy today, then I am off a day after squatting twice heavy trying to hit my 3x5 @ 285 which I failed..so I figured I haven't done any pull ups this week that was a good sub for me. I wanted this to still be quick and get something else accomplished...boom pull up's it was.
