did with new rope after oly. shoulders are dead. from yesterday too. harder to do 2 min of DUs than i thought it'd be lol didn't do 1/2 cindy because i did oly. worked on kipping HSPUs. need to work on my stability and being more explosive up. maybe if i take less time bringing my knees in with better core stability itll be better. practice makes progress!
